Parts are at cost, not marked up twice
We charge you what a part costs us. We are not trying to make the margin there, we are trying to make it on the hour we spend fitting it properly. That also means we have no reason to talk you into a more expensive chain than your bike needs.
You get a number before we start
When you book in, we give you a price for the service and a rough idea of what else the bike might need. When the bike is on the stand and we can see it properly, we confirm it. If the number moves, you hear from us first.
Small jobs are often free
If you come in with a service booked and the bike also needs a bolt tightened or a mudguard straightened, that is not a line on the bill. If you come in with only that, we will usually just do it.
Add ons, priced plainly
Hydraulic brake bleed is £28 per brake, and included free inside a full service. Tubeless setup is £12 a wheel. Truing a wheel is £18. Fitting parts you bought elsewhere is fine and costs the same as fitting ours.
Three months on our work
If something we adjusted goes out of adjustment inside three months, bring it back and we will put it right at no charge. That covers our work. It does not cover a part wearing out, or a kerb.
